Payments & refunds
This policy sets out payment schedules, cancellations and date changes. If anything is unclear, please ask before you confirm — we are happy to explain.
Payment: 50% advance to confirm the booking; the remaining 50% before departure.

Payment: 50% advance to confirm; 30% before departure; 20% after returning from the trip.

Corporate date changes: 50% deduction if notified 4 days before the trip; 75% if notified 2 days before.
If we cancel a trip for any reason, you receive a full refund. If a trip has to be shortened or changed because of weather, road closures or other events beyond our control, a suitable refund will be made where appropriate.
Extra costs caused by landslides, road blocks, flight cancellations or similar events (for example, additional nights) are not included in standard quotes. We explain any such costs before they are incurred.
