What is a customized tour?

A private trip designed from a conversation, not a brochure

A customized tour is a private holiday we plan only for you. Instead of picking from a list of fixed packages, you tell us what matters — the places, the dates, the budget, who is travelling — and we put together a route, hotels and transport to match.

Nothing is locked in until you are happy with it. If you want an extra night by Attabad Lake, a slower day for your parents, or to swap Naran for Swat because the Babusar road is still closed, we change the plan.

Who it suits

Made for travellers who want it their way

Families

Children, grandparents, or both. Fewer hours on the road each day, family rooms, and stops that keep everyone comfortable.

Couples & honeymooners

A private car, rooms with a view and an unhurried pace. We avoid packing in too many hotel changes.

Friends & private groups

Travel with your own people. We size the vehicle to the group and plan for the experiences you care about.

Corporate & student groups

Retreats, team trips, study tours and university groups, with clear budgets and coordination for larger numbers.

Overseas Pakistanis & visitors

Coming home for the summer or visiting Pakistan? We plan around your flights and can start from the airport.

Travellers with special needs

Elderly parents, limited mobility or dietary needs — tell us early and we plan routes, rooms and pacing around them.

How personalization works

Five steps from idea to itinerary

01

You share the basics

Dates (or a rough month), number of travellers, starting city, the places you have in mind and a comfortable budget. Not sure where to go? Tell us what you enjoy and we will suggest options.

02

We check what is realistic

Season, road openings, driving hours and altitude all matter. We tell you honestly what fits in your days — and what doesn’t.

03

You receive a proposal

A day-by-day route with overnight stops, hotel options, vehicle type, and a clear list of what is and isn’t included in the quote.

04

We refine it together

Swap hotels, add a day, change the vehicle, drop a place. We revise the plan and the quote until it feels right.

05

Confirm and go

Confirm with an advance payment. We book everything and stay in touch with you on WhatsApp throughout the trip.

Stays, transport & support

What we arrange for you

Everything is chosen to match your group and budget. We confirm the final details in your proposal.

Accommodation to your preference

Tell us what comfort level you want and we choose stays to match:

  • Economical — clean, well-located hotels and guesthouses.
  • Comfortable — reliable mid-range hotels with good views and service.
  • Premium — the best available rooms and resorts in each valley, where they exist.

We can also add a night of camping by a lake or in a meadow when the season allows. In remote places (Fairy Meadows, Arang Kel, Rama) options are simpler — we tell you exactly what to expect.

Transport that fits the group and the road

A private vehicle with an experienced driver for your whole trip, chosen for your group size and route:

  • Cars for couples and small families.
  • 4×4 SUVs where roads are rough or you want extra comfort.
  • Vans and coasters for larger families, corporate and student groups.
  • Local jeeps for the final stretch to places like Fairy Meadows, Mahodand, Saiful Muluk, Sharan and Deosai.
  • Domestic flights to Skardu or Gilgit when you want to save the long drive (weather-dependent).

Flexible length and budget

From a one-day escape to the Galiyat to two weeks across Hunza and Skardu. What changes the cost most:

  • Season — June–August and Eid holidays are busiest and priciest.
  • Group size — vehicle and guide costs are shared, so larger groups pay less per person.
  • Hotel level and vehicle type.
  • Distance and days — and whether you fly one way.

We quote every trip individually, so you only pay for what you choose.

Coordination while you travel

Our Islamabad team stays reachable on WhatsApp for the whole trip. If a road closes or the weather turns, we help re-plan the day — rerouting via another valley, adjusting a hotel or swapping activities.

Guides can be added for group tours, hikes and cultural visits, and we advise on permits or registration where certain areas require them.

Example itineraries

Three ways a trip can look

These are starting points, not packages. Every day can be changed.

5-day Hunza family trip

    Questions

    Customized tour questions

Still unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp or call 0336 6703435.

It depends on the season, the number of days, how many people are travelling, the hotel level and the vehicle. A couple in premium hotels in July will pay very differently from a group of eight friends in October. Send us your plan and we will quote it — there is no charge for the proposal.

There is no minimum for a private trip — we plan for solo travellers, couples and large groups alike. Per-person costs fall as the group grows because transport and guide costs are shared.

For June–August and Eid holidays, two to four weeks ahead is wise because good hotels fill up. Outside peak season, a few days can be enough. By-air trips depend on flight availability, so earlier is better.

Yes. Most northern trips start from Islamabad or Rawalpindi, but we can collect you in Lahore or plan around your arrival flight. From Karachi, flying to Islamabad (or directly to Skardu or Gilgit, where possible) saves a long drive.

Yes, within reason. Changes before departure are usually simple. During the trip we adjust for weather and road conditions. If a change affects bookings already paid for, we explain any difference in cost before making it.

You confirm with an advance payment and settle the balance before departure; corporate trips can follow a staged schedule. See our cancellation and refund policy for details.

The main tourist routes in Hunza, Skardu, Swat, Kaghan and Neelum are travelled by many thousands of families every year. The real risks are usually natural — landslides, snow and weather — so we plan buffer time, check conditions before each leg and follow official travel advisories. No one can promise conditions in the mountains, but we will always tell you honestly what we know.

Yes. If you only need a vehicle with a driver, or hotel bookings for your own route, tell us and we will quote just that.
